the main feature of the CRM for our company is that we can display our customers on a map on their mobile phones. This works in the browser via the GeoMapper application. This does not work on the mobile phone or I have not yet found a solution. Is there a solution for this?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, GeoMapper does not have a dedicated mobile application or a mobile-optimized version that allows you to view the map directly on mobile devices. But you can try accessing it through your mobile browser.
leadbeam.ai is releasing a beta version of this, this month. Let me know if you want to test it out.
this would be a really great feature! our team is always on the road and it’s not always convenient to pull out a laptop to search on a map for the next nearest customer.

If you need mobile access to mapped CRM data, Mapsly is a great alternative. It has a full-featured mobile app that shows your customers on the map, supports routing, filtering, and even offline mode.
