Geomapper and OrgchartHub ? Where are you?

Hello there,

I’m wondering if Orgcharthub and Geomapper will reappear soon ? I’m aware of the acquisition by HubSpot but not being able to add them on new portals is a bad decision in my opinion.

Do you have any work around ?

Thanks,

@Dan1 probably knows? :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi @Roland_Nappoly , Watch this space , I will drop a message back here as soon as I can provide extra detail, hopefully won’t be to long. @karstenkoehler thank you for looping me in and for all the support over the years. You are a legend!

Thanks a lot guys.

It’s been so many years I’m installing OrgChartHub and Geomappers on portals I’m working for…

Not seeing them last week (in a client’s meeting) makes me feel I was in a parallel dimension :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Thanks for your support over the years @Roland_Nappoly , we were 7 years as App Partners, so totally understand . Awesome to now be part of the HubSpot team, I will keep you posted.

Hi @Roland_Nappoly ,

Totally hear you on this. OrgChartHub and GeoMapper have been staples in many HubSpot portals, so the sudden unavailability feels rough.

Right now HubSpot hasn’t re-released them as installable apps, even though they’ve been acquired.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a direct workaround inside HubSpot for building org charts or territory mapping at the same level.

For org charts, some folks use custom object associations + HubSpot’s reporting to approximate hierarchy views see docs:

(Create and edit custom objects)

For geographic mapping, HubSpot’s reporting dashboards allow filtering by location properties, but they don’t visualize on maps

(Create custom reports)

In practice, teams who still need visual layers like org charts or mapping often push HubSpot data into external tools BI dashboards, mapping software, or even SQL-driven internal apps. That keeps things moving while HubSpot decides how to reintroduce these featuress

That’s actually where Stacksync often comes in: it acts as the sync layer that keeps HubSpot data flowing into those external visualization tools in real time

Instead of exporting and cleaning spreadsheets, you can have contacts, companies, and territories mirrored instantly into a database or BI tool, and even write back updates when needed.

It’s a way to keep the org chart and geo workflows alive without waiting on HubSpot’s roadmap.

Hope this helps.

Hello !
Thank you for this feedback.
We are currently investigating the solutions that could cover the mapping needs for the sales teams (mapping of the agencies + creating of the routings for the visits).
Do we have any info if those features will be introduced internally at Hubspot or should we look into other integrations asap ? If this is the case in your opinion which 3rd app is the best (and less costly) to cover those needs (Mappsly seems like the way to go, but I would like to have others experience / input)
thank you in advance !

+1 for getting this re-released - has anybody got experience with alternatives like mapsly?

Hi Roland!

You might want to try Mapsly — a great alternative with territory mapping, routing, and full HubSpot integration.

Hi there, has this been resolved? We’d like to use Geomapper immediately!

Hi All,

We have OrgChartHub back on Public BETA for all Sales Hub Enterprise customers. The new fully HubSpot native version is called Buying Groups. You can join the public BETA here . Quick demo to help you get going:

So nice to see it again in the tool.

Are there any updates to share about this topic? Specifically the mapping tool?

Hi @OHGuy , thanks for the message.

There are two BETA’s open for Buying Groups the new name for OrgChartHub:

Public BETA : Available to all Sales Hub and Service Hub Enterprise customers, link here

Private BETA: Available to all Sales Hub and Service Hub Pro customers, link here

On the Mapping side, there is a Private BETA available called Map visualization for CRM Index pages, link here.It doesn’t have feature parity with GeoMapper, so if you do require functionality like route planning, territory management etc then it would also be worth looking at the HubSpot certified App Partners like: Mapsly, MapMyCustomers and Badger Maps.

I hope this helped?

Kind regards,

@Dan1 how can I sign up for this private beta?? the link you shared didn’t work

this is literally the exact basic functionality i’ve been looking for since geomapper got deprecated

Hi @samthemiller , it looks like you may need to opt into this Public BETA first then you can request access to the private BETA link I provided.

Thank you Dan, for the update!

We already have access the the public beta you listed here that you mention we need first; however, the private mapping tool link does not work. It gives the following error:

Product update access is limited. Access is limited due to your plan.

We are on Pro. Do we need enterprise for the mapping tool?

We have opted for Mapsly on our side
