Currently, a user must have an active account in order to be assigned as a record owner, therefore , not possible to assign deactivated users to current active records.
Proposal to offer the availability of ‘Genneric Users’ to assist with managing Area/Territory/Region (ie. North, South, East, West, Regional etc).
In doing so, we can better streamline and manage regions more effectively, than current.
