When calling a contact via Hubspot (computer browser or hubspot app), the caller can take notes, and/or can record the call.
Hubspot Call Recording Generative AI
I believe that adding a Generative AI able to:
a) Transcribe the whole conversation
b) and sum up the conversation highlighting what has been said during the call
Would both enable the caller to gain time and get accurate information about the call.
