This one works pretty well:
No tracking, although you can use with their Bit.ly integration to do this.
But does QR Codes for URL, vCard, App Downalods, Text/Info, Email, SMS/TCT and Calendar events.
We have used this to generate codes for Event Tickets to check in / out attendees, vCards that are printed on the back of our business cards and inserted into email signatures, vcards for lanyards for attendees for events and we use it to create Wifi QR codes for our offices when they are changed.
