Has there been any changes applied that would prevent the hubspot connected apps in google to stop working with hubspot, I have un-installed and reinstalled and noted new permissions but feel like there is a fundemental change missing that is govenerning permissions
Hey @BFogarty0,
Thanks for posting in the Community!
I’m not seeing any changes noted internally that would impact this connector. Can you please provide more context around what you mean when you say “there is a fundemental change missing that is govenerning permissions?”

Thanks for your response. The connector had previously 13 permissions sets now has over 30 and simularly google admin has new gemini options in the admin for admin and workspace. For me the issue is that is isolated to gemini app only - drive, gmail and admin all can still connnect to hubspot gemini.google.com thinks its not connected??
If you test @hubspot within drive does it work?
Yes it does, weird. Why?
I have to assume either the gemini app operates under a separate permission set or there is a new security control in place in workspace admin as there are new options in the gemini section. I’ve a ticket in with support, if they can provide insight I’ll share back. Likewise if you identify anything on your end.
Actually when I tested it with google I noted the source of the data was from google drive/email and not directly from hubspot when using the internal apps like drive and gmail - my hunch is something from data security has changed in GW which is preventing comms
