# Final preparations for switching to GA4: Takashi Ogawa answers your Google Analytics 4 questions!

探索レポートで  
①ランディングページを行に置き、コンバージョンの値を列に置く  
②コンバージョンがある列を右クリックし、ユーザー（ユーザーエクスプローラー）を表示する  
上記を行ったとき、①でカウントされていたコンバージョンの数値が②で０になってしまうことがあります。  
これはなぜでしょうか。  
解決方法はありますでしょうか。  
よろしくお願いいたします。  
目的は、どのCVを達成したのか、イベントを見ることです。  
現状ユニバーサルアナリティクスで調べ直している状態です。
