Feature request: allow direct association between Campaigns object and the additional CRM objects.
In our portal, we use HubSpot’s Courses CRM object, but we’ve renamed and use it operationally as ‘Programs’.
We’d like the ability to associate a HubSpot campaign directly with a Program record as a card for reporting purposes.
A Program of ours often spans a full financial year and includes multiple related assets and activities, such as sequences, marketing emails, social posts, and other campaign components. If a campaign could be associated directly with a Program record, all of those related assets could be tied back to the Program in one place when we do yearly reporting.
This would make end-of-financial-year reporting much easier and more accurate for our team. Instead of manually piecing together results across multiple assets and campaigns, we could review the full activity and performance for a Program directly from the Program record via the associated campaign.
Ideal outcome:
- Ability to associate a campaign directly to a Program record
- Support for the Programs object when manually associating records in the campaign tool
- Visibility of campaign-linked assets and activity from the Program record (nice to have, not essential)
- Easier Program-level reporting across a financial year
