We are in need of functionality that incorporates a teams full schedule while still applying Round Robin logic.
Example: If I have a group of 3 people that we need to schedule appointments with, I’d like to see all available times of their collective schedules. Then we scheduling if multiple people are available at the same time, chose the person based on the Round Robin logc.
The current Round Robin setting only shows the availability of the next person in the rotation meaning there could be other times to schedule. The Group functionality seems to look for times where everyone is available at the same time.
