Overview

We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Developer to join our Marketing Technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, customizing, and optimizing HubSpot solutions to support marketing, sales, and customer success initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of HubSpot’s CMS, CRM, and Marketing Hub, as well as proficiency in front-end development and API integrations to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom HubSpot solutions, including websites, landing pages, emails, and workflows using HubSpot CMS and Marketing Hub.
  • Customize HubSpot CRM to align with business processes, including custom objects, properties, and automation workflows.
  • Integrate HubSpot with third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, or custom APIs) to streamline data flow and enhance functionality.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot templates, modules, and themes using HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web experiences within HubSpot CMS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot implementations.
  • Maintain documentation for code, processes, and integrations.
  • Stay updated on HubSpot’s latest features, best practices, and certifications to drive continuous improvement.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience developing within the HubSpot platform (CMS Hub, Marketing Hub, or CRM).
  • Proficiency in HubL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Familiarity with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CMS for Developers, HubSpot Marketing Software).
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) or back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
