Hey all — built a small free HubSpot app called CleanMerge that adds a custom workflow action for cleaning up messy property values without leaving Workflows. Transformations included: Proper/Upper/Lowercase for names, Extract a clean root domain from a URL, Format phone numbers to E.164, and Split first/last name.
No CRM read/write scopes needed for this piece, free to use (up to 50 runs/month), no card required. Mainly built it because I kept seeing the same “JANE DOE” / inconsistent-phone-format mess in imports and lead-routing workflows.
