Pro: It’s a very easy and intuitive experience for contacts. It’s directly integrated with your calendar, eliminating a lot of the time needed to negotiate a suitable meeting slot. It’s probably saved more than 100 hours over the years already. Additionally, HubSpot reporting makes great use of meeting data, making it easy to generate insights and create dashboards on meetings and outcomes.
Cons: It’s not as powerful as point solutions for booking time, lacking options when it comes to a true round robin functionality when there are multiple potential meeting hosts. There aren’t any options to customize the confirmation and reminder emails either.
