Free hubspot - NO PARTNER - Delete active lists related to partner program

Hi,

I am on a free plan. I still have the PARTNER program tab but it’s obviously not active since to get commission you need to be on a paid plan.

I don’t have any partner activity but I have more than 5 ACTIVE CONTACT LISTS managed by hubspot and related to the Partner program. Of course they are all empty since I don’t have any partener activity.

So I cannot create any new ACTIVE list for my uses since the 5 allowed are all taken by Hubpsot partner program and I cannot delete them.

Any help?

I understand that you would like these five lists deleted to free up your list space, correct?

If so, can you please send me a DM with your Hub ID and a screenshot or the names of the lists you would like deleted?

I sent you a DM, but if you ever would like to do so in the future, you can hover over a community member’s username and you’ll see a message option. Click on it and you’ll be able to send the community user a direct message :slightly_smiling_face:
