I’m Art, founder of LeadMatch. We built a tool that answers a question most HubSpot sales teams haven’t been able to answer:
“Which rep has the highest chance of closing THIS specific lead?”
Not who’s available. Not who’s next in rotation. Who actually closes this type of lead, based on your own data.
How it works:
Connect HubSpot (takes 1-5 minutes)
LeadMatch pulls your closed deals and computes each rep’s win rate per lead attribute (industry, geo, company size, any other)
When a deal hits your qualification trigger (e.g. Qualified = Yes), it shows a top-3 recommendation with the full math visible: win rates, expected revenue, current workload
No AI black box, it’s transparent statistics on your own closed deals. Every recommendation shows its work.
What you get:
Full dashboard with per-rep conversion rates, refreshed weekly
Top-3 recommendations with math visible, right in the deal timeline
ROI projection: how much you could gain if leads went to the best-fit rep
Workload balancing (so the top closer doesn’t drown)
One-click Assign (optional, it never reassigns on its own)
Why I built this:
I ran a sales team and did this analysis manually in Google Sheets for a year. Conversion went from 1.5% to 7.7% with the same team, just by giving each lead to the rep with the best historical fit instead of round robin. Then I automated it.
On our validation (29,639 closed deals): the difference between best and worst rep for the same lead type was 3-18x in conversion.
What I’m looking for:
3-5 HubSpot sales teams (2-15 reps, 300+ closed deals) to use LeadMatch free and give honest feedback. You keep free access forever as an early adopter.
If you’re curious what your own numbers look like - connect and you’ll see your dashboard in 5 minutes. No commitment, no credit card, remove access in one click.
Thanks for posting this in the Community! It sounds like a useful resource for our Community users.
Do you by chance have this listed in HubSpot’s App Marketplace? I don’t see it listed, but we ask that we always guide our users to HubSpot-specific apps when possible for the safety and security of our custoemers and their data.
We’re not on the App Marketplace yet, we’re in the process of getting listed. The app is built on HubSpot’s public OAuth API and already runs in production (ou own team has been using it daily since August).
The marketplace listing requires 3 active installations for 30 days before we can submit, which is part of why I’m reaching out to the community for early adopters. Every team that connects helps us get one step closer to the official listing
In the meantime, the app uses the same OAuth flow and security standards as any marketplace app (official HubSpot OAuth, encrypted tokens, GDPR-compliant data handling). Privacy policy and terms are at leadmatch.pro/privacy and /terms.
Interesting approach. I’d be curious how you handle reps with limited data or small sample sizes, since that could skew win rates. Also, do you account for lead source and deal quality when comparing reps?
Great question, David! And both we had to solve early.
Low data
On small sizes: we use a minimum threshold of 3 won deals per rep per attribute combination before including them in recommendations.
Below that, 1-2 wins could easily be luck and 3 starts looking like a pattern.
When data is partial (say we have “industry” field data for a rep but not “source”) we just drop the missing attribute and rank on what we do have.
If a rep has no segment data at all but their overall conversion is known, we use that.
And if the whole team has zero history, the system routes by workload only while data accumulates.
In these cases we flag it with a “low data” badge so it’s transparent.
Fields and comparing
On lead source and deal quality: any HubSpot field (standard or custom) can be used in two ways:
A) As a trigger
e.g., “only recommend when deal quality = qualified”
B) As a ranking attribute, where the system computes each rep’s win rate for each value of that field. So if lead source is a ranking attribute and a lead comes in from source X, and rep A converts source X at 10% while rep B is at 7%, the lead goes to rep A.
The nice thing is that deal quality gets captured implicitly. What’s a hard lead for one rep might be an easy one for another, and that’s the whole idea!
It’s a win-win: the company gives each lead to whoever has the best mathematical chance of closing it, and each rep gets more of the leads they’re naturally good at.
