I have a site that is using the Avada WordPress theme (their Avada forms integrate with HubSpot). We are trying to figure out how to have a button for users to click on to request content (could be a PDF or a page on our site), but they have to enter their name/email in order to receive an email with a link it in to the content, and we would also like this info to be added to HubSpot as a Lead.

Then, after 2 days or so, send out a followup email to the users, and then maybe another email 5 days later.

Any suggestions on how to do this?

You can accomplish this using a Workflow in HubSpot which is available on the Marketing Hub Pro and Enterprise.

If the theme’s form builder integrates with HubSpot a lead should be created and the form should show in the non-HubSpot forms section on the forms pages. Once the lead is in HubSpot you can use whatever criteria is relevant for these contacts to enroll them in the workflow as mentioned above.
