Hey all — I’ve been building DataClean, a small app that adds fuzzy + phonetic matching on top of HubSpot’s native duplicate detection (which only catches exact email/phone matches, so “Jon Smith” vs “John Smith” or formatting differences slip through). It also does one-click merge review, phone/email/name standardization, and flags duplicates before a CSV import instead of after.
It’s free for up to 1,000 contacts (no time limit), and I’m looking for a few real HubSpot portals to try it and tell me what’s broken or missing before I take it to the full Marketplace listing. If you’ve got messy contact data and 10 minutes, I’d really appreciate the install + honest feedback.
