Forward email I sent from a contact to another contact and included BCC did not create new contacts

I received an email from my coworker that I then forwarded to contacts and attached the BCC Hubspot email to this new email, as I wanted to create new contacts for the contacts I forwarded the email to.

Hubspot did not create the new contacts. How does this work?

Hi @EJoyce2,

HubSpot attaches the forwarded email to the record of the contact that is the sender of the email you’re forwarding. The BCC address will log the email to the record of the recipient of your forwarded email.
