# Formstack embed help

Hello,

I’ve been trying to embed a Formstack into a landing page on our website ([Affiliate Program - RCN Capital](https://rcncapital.com/affiliate-program)) but I’m having trouble getting the form to populate.

I double checked that the form code was entered correctly, including the necessary Javascript, and also if the HubSpot tracking code was the source of the problem, but still no luck.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

@DGrushetskiy - Are you sure here that you have embedded a HubSpot form correctly? All you should need to add to your page is the embed script generated by the forms tool. This looks a bit like:

hbspt.forms.create({

region: “na1”,

portalId: “{{hub\_id}}”,

formId: “{{ selected\_form\_id }}”,

});

\</script\>

When I look at your page source I see a lot of copied HTML, which seems to indicate a wrong approach.

Hope I have the situation understood correctly.

Yes, the code is located in an invisible content row Div located at the bottom the page:

The associated CSS and JS are also located in their correct locations within the Design Manager
