Creating a form that collects three referrals at once (email, name, email name, email name) --is that possible?

With workflows, yes. Without workflows, no.

So you can create a form with more than one contact info on it? Every time I try it only gives me the option to create the request for one person?

@VLord4 in the link he shared, @karstenkoehler has a long answer to doing this, but it’s not in a single form, no. It would take a workflow he lays out. It’s a lot of work, but it would do it. The other option is what I shared from @chrisworqflow also.

@VLord4 I just saw this LinkedIn post today from @crispyGTM where some custom dev work solves this. Like @karstenkoehler said, not out of the box, but custom work can help!

You can do this with a 3rd party form tool like Fillout (optimized for making HubSpot forms)
