@HSalah they are right in your screenshot, in fact, you’ve already clicked into the dropdown - you just need to confirm your selection.

i don’t get it which option in the drop down. there are 3 options all,billing,primary. Which option will associate the newly created contact records with the newly created company record (is it primary ?) @karstenkoehler

@HSalah primary would likely be the correct one, yes. Select it, then try submitting the form with a test email address to see if it works!
