# Forms Submission notifications Fail

“Send submission notifications to” fails.  
I have set the form option to send submission notifications to my account email.

I have checked the spam folder on my Gmail

I have set a “Do not send to spam” filter on my Gmail

I receive other emails from [hubspot.com](http://hubspot.com)

I have check these settings repeatedly.

I have performed test submissions from forms

- The form data is captured into Hubspot

- The pop-up notification appears in my browser

- No email is received in my Inbox.

This seems to be a persistent problem over the years in HubSpot.  
Solutions!

Thanks for reaching out! I was able to look into this on our end and found that the emails sent to your address were bouncing. I’ve gone ahead and unbounced your address. To prevent this moving forward, your IT team can follow can follow the steps in the article I’ve linked below.

Another thing worth checking if this occurs again; is ensuring that Form Submission notifications are toggled in your User settings like seen in the article below
