Hi,
We have employees who need to fill out a HubSpot form when handing in machines. These employees require a receipt to confirm that they have submitted a specific machine.
Is there a way to automatically send them a copy of the form they just submitted? Alternatively, can an email be sent to them automatically with data from the form, such as the serial number of the machine?

You can achieve this with form automation: Automate form submission actions
You would create an automated email and set up automation (see above) to send the email after the submission. With the help of personalization tokens you can include the information submitted: Use personalization tokens

I got it to work.
We can only have one simpel workflow for each form, but that is plenty for now 
I also learned that we need to have the email footer made before mail workflow, or you can not save the workflow.
I also learned that you need to turn on the work flow. I just assumed it was turned on to begin with.
