Would this work the same for multiple forms? Specifically, we have over 20 forms that we report on individually weekly. I am able to create a contacts report listing contacts, but unsure how to do this by form. What I want to see in each row is the form name and number of unique submissions for that form:
Form name #unique submissions
Form 1 30
Form 2 50
Form 3 80
The Form submission totals report would work if it can be filtered for unique submissions.
