We’re hosting an event with a limited number of spots available. Is there a widget, form, or code of some sort that functions to where the number of spots available is visible to the people we’re inviting and when someone fills out the form on our landing page to RSVP, one spot is detracted from the number of spots left available.

Yes, it can be achived in different ways by using custom codes and API’s.
