# format\_date not working on dynamic page

Hi all,

Did any of you experience the following:

I have a propertie called coach\_certified\_since on a custom opject:

On the dynamic overview page format\_date doesn’t work:

{{ coach.coach\_certified\_since | format\_date(‘dd MMMM yyyy’) }}

On the dynamic detail page it does work?

{{ dynamic\_page\_crm\_object.coach\_certified\_since | format\_date(‘dd MMMM yyyy’) }}

How to solve this?

Hey, @MWWesterterp 👋 Did you get this resolved? If not, have you tried using `[pprint](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/cms/hubl/filters#pprint)` on your variable?  
Like this?

`{{ coach.coach_certified_since | pprint }}`

To better understand what’s “inside”?

Hi [@Jaycee\_Lewis](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/127074) I tried that and find out that the variable was not a date-object. I tried converting it, but didn’t come around it.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! Appriciate that.
