Message Show “Your forms tool access has been suspended while we carry out some checks.” Over 20 hour for now. Could someone please advise why this has happened and how I can proceed? ---

Hi @chans Check this [other community post](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Blog-Website-Page-Publishing/Forms-took-access-suspended/td-p/353682) and [this one](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Academy-Support/Your-forms-tool-access-has-been-suspended-while-we-carry-out/td-p/353670) for possible solutions. I have heard this happening with the [email tool](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/why-is-my-email-suspended) due to a high bounce rate. However, you are not the only one experiencing this. @PamCotton, do you have any further information? ---

Hello @chans , Once you fill out the form linked within your account, a member of the HubSpot Team will review the submission within 1-3 business days. Once a decision has been reached, you’ll see an update in your account and the POC on file will receive an email informing you on the outcome. ---

they reviewd me and then accont suspended. what can i do? ---

I dont understand this, a brand new account, doesnt have but 2 contacts, filled out the form and it was denied? My client can’t even test your system to see if they can use it this way. ---

My account got suspended after reviewing. I just wanted to go through the course and get my certificate. Can anyone assist me?
