Form to apply email subscription to several people at once

Hi,

I would like to create a form that can be filled by one person and it subscribes several people from the same company.

I’m thinking to send this after the initial implementation is done. But I’m not sure if that’s something doable ?

What I have in mind is simply a form where you can fill

First Name 1 | Last Name 1 | Email 1

First Name 2 | Last Name 2 | Email 2

First Name 3 | Last Name 3 | Email 3

etc

And I suppose I can set up through a workflow to edit / update the subscription.

I found this post but this is to create a record, what about the record is already created ?

Thanks,

Hi,

You can create a form (using legacy forms) to gather information for multiple people, such as their first names, last names, and email addresses.
In the form you can ensure that each unique email address creates a new contact or updates an existing one…you can achieve this by enabling the “Always create contact for new email address” option

Hope this helps!

Cheers,

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, but your solution still require to have several email first last name properties right ?

Also, you can enable to create a new contact from the new form creation tool.

Yes, you can easily set up a form to subscribe multiple people at once. Use Google Forms, Typeform, or Jotform to collect names and emails. Store the data in Google Sheets, Airtable, or your CRM. Automate the process with Make.com or Zapier to check if records exist—updating subscriptions for existing contacts and adding new ones if needed. Connect this workflow to your email platform (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, MailerLite) to update lists and send confirmation emails automatically. This removes manual work and ensures seamless subscriptions.
