I cannot seem to find a way to show form submissions by week without updating an Excel every week. Is there a better way?

Hi @brianbk1 ,
For each form submission, you can use date range filter and get the no of form submissions.

Or better, you can create a report based on form submission, using filters:

Hope this helps!

Hi @brianbk1,

This information is surprisingly hard to access in HubSpot, as you have probably noticed yourself already. There are only a few default reports. The best place to analyze submission over time would be the _Menu_ \> _Reports_ \> _Analytics Tools_ \> _Forms_. Here you should see a report for submissions over time – however you can’t drill into it or export it.

Additionally, there is the [_Analyze_ tab of each form](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/analyze-form-submissions-data#analyze).

A few other users have requested better form submission reporting options, I’d recommend upvoting and commenting:

[Create a Report That Captures Form Submissions](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Create-a-Report-That-Captures-Form-Submissions/idi-p/174038)

[Forms in Custom Report Builder](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Forms-in-Custom-Report-Builder/idi-p/424039)

Another option for reporting might be an integration, for example sending new form submissions into a Google Sheet with Zapier. You could than automatically gather the information in a sheet.

[@webdew](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/131510), your suggested report would visualize by contact _Create date_, not form submission date.

Hope this helps, @brianbk1!
