# Form Submission

Hi,

In HubSpot Professional plan as only one brand domain can be connected. So I want to know say if I have two website as below,

[www.abc.com](http://www.abc.com)

[www.xyz.com](http://www.xyz.com)

I connect brand domain as [abc.com](http://abc.com) in HubSpot account. However, if I create a form in HubSpot and embed the form code in [xyz.com](http://xyz.com) account will HubSpot capture the records from that form? Despite adding it as domain?

Brand domains are only relevant for hosting content on HubSpot. All that is needed to track submissions from embedded HubSpot forms is the [installation of the tracking code.](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/install-the-hubspot-tracking-code)

@franksteiner79 so can I embed the form on both sites above and the record will be captured in HubSpot?

Yes, just make sure you install the tracking code on all the sites you want to track and embed forms on.
