Recently when a new form submission is sent, the form submission email is lacking any formatting, making the fields and values all run together in one paragraph. Is anyone else seeing this behaviour?

It looks like your organization/email client has security measures in place which prevent the form submission from loading. The error message you’re seeing is documented in this Microsoft Help Article.
I would recommend reaching out to your IT Team to get your email client’s security measures updated so you can view the form submission.
