Hello!
I am looking for help with getting files/photos that are submitted via a form to show up on a contact’s page, in a way that you can at a glance see the photo that was submitted.
Ideally, these photos could show up in the activity field of the contact or on either size bar.

That is a great question, thanks for asking the HubSpot Community!
For that, you could try to edit the right sidebar of your contact records to help finding the files/photos quicker and have a quick look at them (you wouldn’t have a preview though but it would be easily accessible).
Indeed, the right panel of your record includes previews of associated records and attachments. Depending on the object and your HubSpot subscription, this panel may include other tools such as memberships, Playbooks, Salesforce sync, and Attribution.

Did you try editing the right sidebar of your contact records to help finding the files/photos quicker?
You wouldn’t have a preview though but it would be easily accessible and while it’s not exactly what you are looking for, it might help in some way.
