I am building a website in webflow. I am using styleable hubspot form. I have a problem with checkbox consent. I am using consent for communication and form submit as consent to process.
The problem is I am getting a form submission failed error message when the Communication checkbox is not ticked even tho it is not required. I don’t know how to fix this, please help.

Hi @JNovak8 thank you for the detailed information, I have tested the form and confirmed that when the box is not checked the form submission fails - can you please share a screenshot of the form settings from within HubSpot?
Thank you @JNovak8 everything looks properly configured, including how the integration is set to pull in the form from HubSpot. It definitely looks like an issue on the Webflow side, hopefully they can help further!
Hey @JNovak8 it looks like this isn’t a HubSpot form on your page. It looks like a webflow form from checking the source.
I can see a few classes as “webflowHubSpotform” so it appears to me like this is a third party integration between a webflow form and a HubSpot form. Is this the guide you followed to set up your form? If so this is a third party integration set up by webflow. Essentially this webflow system simply sends data after the submission to the HubSpot form. So HubSpot does not control how the form operates or appears, this would be controlled by the system creating the form.
I’d recomend reaching out to webflow where you created the form to troubleshoot this frontend issue further as your HubSpot system or form won’t have any control or affect on this error.
