Is it possible to set permissions so that only the fom owner shall be able to view his forms and only his forms

Unfortunately, the setting you are looking for is not currently available. The functionality exists within Sales > Contacts but not within the Marketing functions. I would suggest recommending this functionality as a future enhancement in the features forum.
