Every other piece of content in HubSpot shows updates made and by who except for forms. I thought I could get around it by going to the Audit Log, but there is no form updates in the audit log either.

Forms are a huge part of why people use HubSpot, yet they seem to be the least built out section of the platform.

We need more visibility into forms including reporting, audit logs, tags, folders, etc.

I’m currently working with a client who’s main “contact us” form was deleted out of the portal. I also went to the Audit Log looking for a whodunit, and also a way to restore it. Super surprised to see all the other content pieces in the fiter list but **NOT** forms.

Support currently doesn’t see this form in the “Deleted Forms” list or whatever they are looking at. Thankfully I was able to see the form’s ID via the embed code on the website and also found some recently created contacts who filled out the form. Without these pieces I’d never be able to prove this form even existed.

I need Forms and all their touches tracked in Audit Log. Please and thank you!

Agreed, the ability to see who changed a form setting should be available to Enterprise-level at least. We have a form that stopped working and no way of knowing who changed a setting to help them understand why that setting exists.

_Hi Everyone,_

_Thank you all for taking the time to submit, vote and comment on this Idea._

_I’m Sabari, the PM for HubSpot’s Forms tool._

_At this time there are no plans to develop the idea to include form activities in Audit log. This is not to say that this idea will never be developed, just that there are no plans to do so at this time._

_Regards,_

_Sabari_
