I’ve created some new Contact form fields for a Registration Form, but I can’t bring them in because they are greyed out. Weirdly, the fields ARE available for other forms I’ve created. I’ve tried from an incognito browser and I still can’t use them. Does anyone know why that should be? Thank you.

Can you please share a screenshot of the form editor? Typically a field is grayed out because it’s already on the form. Can you check whether it’s already included in conditional logic, for example?

I’m so embarrassed! They’re at the bottom of the form. Is that because I created them whilst editing the form? I didn’t realise they’d go in automatically. I’m sorry!!! Thank you. Doh.
