form field add missing information

I have discovered the feature to use forms, how great!

Is there a possibility to send a form with the information that is already in Hubspot and request to update/add the missing information?

So instead of sending a blank form where the person needs to fill in all the information again, I would like to send a form where for example their email, first name, name is already filled in and they need to add some more information that I request.
