Hi all,

I’m looking for some guidance please if possible. We are seeing a number of duplicate form submissions:

Initial form is titled: New Submission on Hubspot Form “Bell Integration Contact Us Form”

We are then also receiving a second notification email titled: Contact reconversion by submitting on Hubspot Form “Bell Integration Contact Us Form”

Any idea why this is happening or how I can stop the duplicate mails?

Thanks

Hi @GHayes2,

Unfortunately it looks like that’s default behaviour that cannot be changed. You can find a previous discussion and reply from HubSpot support here: [https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Lead-Capture-Tools/How-do-I-turn-off-quot-contact-reconversion-quot-notifications/m-p/404267](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Lead-Capture-Tools/How-do-I-turn-off-quot-contact-reconversion-quot-notifications/m-p/404267)

@TomM2 am I missing something?

Best regards!

Hi @GHayes2

Contact reconversion by submitting on Hubspot Form “Bell Integration Contact Us Form” : To stop this email you can go to the Form then click on the Options after that in Send Submission Notification If your name is placed there So you can remove the name.

Another Email you may get is because of an automation used in the form that when someone filled out the form a notification get send that "New Form submission on XYZ form.

"So, you need to check that is both the functionality is running if so then you could turn off any of the one.

Thanks @DGarg

I don’t think this will be a solution unfortunately as I still need to receive the initial email. I want to stop the one titled ‘contact reconversion’. Both emails are linked to the same form. If necessary, we’ll have to add a rule to Outlook to autoforward what we don’t want to receive to another file.

Thanks

Gina

Hi @GHayes2

If you don’t want the reconversion email, so you can remove the name from send submission notification. After removing the name you can test by submitting the form and check whether you are receiving the email or not.
