I created a landing page with a form to register. for our upcoming masterclass. When people submit the form, it redirects to google.com rather than the “thank you” page I created. You can test it here -- https://thee-20877280.hubspotpagebuilder.com/fear-compass
Any ideas for how to resolve this? I tried Hubspot chat, but they couldn’t troubleshoot.

There are two places where the redirect can be set - in the options tab of the form editor but also in the left sidebar of the landing page editor (after clicking into the forms module). Can you check both these settings?

The same thing happened to my form lately, and I did both, putting the external link to redirect users after submitting the form both on the options tab of the form and the landing page sidebar for Thank You, but still not redirecting to that page -- only showing a generic thank you note.
Are there any other solution or workaround? Thank you!
Hi PMadere, I was advised that it’s better to open a new request for an issue rather than adding to an existing one, as it might otherwise be overlooked and not receive a solution.
Hi @karstenkoehler I have a similar, but complex problem.
I have created a Landing Page with a Form - after submitting the Form - they will receive an automated Email, but they should also be redirect to another page a “Thank you Page”.
This is not working, because there is a message saying see screenshot below:
Could it be, that HubSpot doesn´t allow two things to happen at the same time e.g. Submit Form - receive automated email + Thank you page?
