Force Send of a Stopped Campaign?

I’m sending an email to a list that I know to be very dirty. HubSpot stopped sending emails once I reached a 5% hard bounce rate. Is there a way to force send the remaining emails?

As an email service provider, HubSpot absolutely has to protect its sending reputation, as it affects a large numbers of customers - none of whom want their deliverability affected by the actions of others.

To restore sending, you will need to clean up your list.
