An issue we’re currently facing with marketing emails is the fact that you cannot choose between the different template footers when editing the template itself (it reverts to the default one), this is proving to be a bit of an issue with multiple people sending out emails across 7 different markets as the footer change will most definitely be overlooked or forgotten in some cases.
The footer drop down menu is available when creating a new email, but as I said not when you go to edit the template, so every time one has to send an email they have to change the footer manually, defeating the point of a template.
So the question is, would there be a way to make the different footer choices available for the template?
