Hiya, does the CRM free tier allow for email and text reminders to follow up with a lead?

Hi @ulsa,

If tasks are assigned to a HubSpot user they can be set to notify the user via an email reminder, mobile push notification, or browser pop-up, however, they cannot be sent a text reminder.

They wouldn’t be automatically reminded if a lead was just sitting in HubSpot.

@ulsa In my experience, the best way to faciliate this would be to use workflows which is not included in the Free CRM tier (if I’m remembering correctly).

@Josh’s suggestion could work as well but this requires you to create tasks for the owner when the lead is created.
