I have more than 50 clients, we offer for most of them yearly (Domain, Hosting and support) plans, so far we use Microsoft Excel to manage their plan’s data and the renewal dates, I am looking for a tool instead of Excel to manage and send me a monthly notification for the renewals.
anybody can help in this.

The HubSpot CRM could surely help here. You could create custom date properties to keep track of those customers that are about to renew. You can learn more about custom property creation here.
The type of automation you’re looking for would however not be available in the free CRM but only in the Professional subscription of HubSpot, since they require workflows.
In general, I’d recommend you familiarize yourself with the tool (e.g. with the free Sales Software Certification) a bit and you might find that it suits most of your needs. You could for example create filtered views for easy access to those customers with a renewal within the next X days.

I added the custom properties and the view, the issue now is the workflows, as my account is a Starter, I think I will search for another tool to do such a task.

We’ve built a Recipe to handle Renewals. A Recipe is a small process that you can install in your HubSpot portal. This doesn’t require any third-party tool.
Here’s a video of how it works:
Renewal deals are created automatically for each closed-won deals with a known contract end date. Then, a task is generated with a reminder date XX days before that contract end date to notify the deal owner (or another user of your choice) that the renewal is coming soon.
Other settings and configurations are also available to suit your use case.
