# Flask integration

Hi!,

Im trying to make an integrations with Hubspot using Flask. Im trying to make a calling sdk , where by pressing the contact’s number (in the contact’s page) it will ring a softphone in the callers pc, and the call the callee’s number. The problem I’m having is that I cant retreive the contact’s phone numer, nor the caller’s id. Any idea on how to get thata data?

Hey, @SManterola 👋 I’d like to invite some of our community members to the conversation. And I think we need to clarify a few things about your project.

Questions:

- When you say you’re making an SDK, do you mean you’re creating once from scratch?
- Or do you mean you’re using the Calling Extension SDK and the Python SDK to incorporate into your project?

Hey, thanks for your answer. Yes, Im making an SDK from scratch. Im trying to incorporate the Calling Extensions SDK, but I havent been able to. Right now I have my SDK doing everything I need it to do, expect I havent been able to get info from Hubspot, e.i. I need to somehow, at the very least, get the caller’s phone number and the callee id number from Hubspot. I have seen the javascript calling extension SDK, but I dont know how does Hubspot send this info to this SDK.

I know I need to somehow manage 3 events:  
-SYNC (and respond with a SYNC\_ACK)  
-send a INITIALIZED event  
-catch a DIAL\_NUMBER → and get the data I need from here
