My team is working on a project with a target market in Seattle and San Diego. We want to make sure their emails don’t have formatting issues but there is no way for us to narrow down the list of contacts with formatting issues. It would be great if we could look at a specific contact lists and fix any formatting issues they may have.
What “formatting issues” are you talking about in this context?
You can do a series of formatting operations with Ops Hub Pro and Ent.
Otherwise, depending on what fomatting issues you are referring to, lists and filters are a way to get started in identifying.
And then doing a export → do the cleaning up in Excel → re-import and match the contact ID, so correct email addresses get updated instead on new contacts being created.
