Thank you all in advance. Have tried multiple times and confirmed with google/whatsmydns that my DNS records are live but have not been able to connect my hub with google domain.

My record type is A and not CNAME that is found in help articles.

@JN31 are you connecting subdomains or a main domain to HubSpot?

Hi Dan,

Appreciate the info regarding different types of records, but really just want the website live.
I have communicated with google domain and confirmed that I added the DNS information correctly and the issue is on Hub’s side.
How do I escalate to a human that will fix vs share another article?

@JN31 so, I’m a fellow HubSpot user, not a HubSpot employee. Just for clarification on my end. I work for a solutions partner, and clients hire us to help them with HubSpot.

So you’re launching a full website in HubSpot, is that correct? Because that, and the difference between the types of records, both matter.

Which Hub + Tier do you have?

Depending on what you have, you may have access to HubSpot Support. That’s the best way to get a human to help. Otherwise, it’s help articles and community posts.
