First_contact_createdate_timestamp_earliest_value_, etc in HubSpot

Hi all,

I got company object via hubspot-api-client.

It includes some strange columns with code such as first_contact_createdate_timestamp_earliest_value_<code>, etc.

I want to know about these columns,

First question is: What are these columns? Are these data used only for HubSpot internal system (not for users)?

Second question is: Some columns with code seemed to be removed a few days ago (e.g. closedate_timestamp_earliest_value_<code>)

Could these columns be removed suddenly?

Thank you in advance.

Hi @kekekenta,

Those columns like first_contact_createdate_timestamp_earliest_value_<code> are internal system fields that HubSpot uses for tracking and calculations.
They typically help with data processing, historical tracking, or timestamp management, but they aren’t meant to be used directly by users.

Answers:
What are these columns?
They’re internal HubSpot fields and are generally not used by users. They can be safely ignored as they don’t contain useful information for everyday API usage.

Could they be removed suddenly?
Yes, these fields can be added or removed by HubSpot without notice as they are part of the internal system. It’s best not to rely on them in your implementation.

Focus on standard properties like createdate or closedate instead.

I hope it helps, let me know if you need to talk!

Hi @kekekenta

These are pre-defined fields that HubSpot uses for its Internal purpose. As an end user, we don’t use these values.
We should properties and use them only for the CURD purpose from API, If you need some other value that is not present, you can use the custom properties for it.
and yes these properties can be depreciated by HubSpot anytime they want.
