Hey All!

My boss has asked me to create a workflow for when a contact (and associated Lead) from an event finish a sequence and if they haven’t responded, we set their lead stage to disqualified and disqualification reason to ‘Unresponsive’.
I am having trouble with the trigger. Currently its Lead Source = Event, Is associated to Sequence: Enrollment - Status = Finished AND Email Replies = 0 AND Meeting Booked = 0.
However when I run tests with people who have run in sequences and finished with not replying it always says ‘Doesn’t Enroll’ are Tests just not good at enrolling or am I doing something wrong with the trigger?

Hi @DCrinnion1,

When you test contacts against the enrollment criteria (via ‘Test contact’ in the left sidebar), are they not meeting any of the criteria? What exactly are you seeing in the test for an unresponsive contact, could you share a screenshot?

Does the test result change if you change from “is equal to 0” to “is unknown”? In some areas of the tool, HubSpot populates an empty field with a 0, sometimes it doesn’t.

Best regards

So it says just the Lead source is right. Even though as you can see here Frederic was part of a Sequence he finished and there was no response.

@DCrinnion1 this looks like unexpected (or at the minimum very unintuitive) behavior which I’d recommend checking with HubSpot support directly 🙂 They can investigate this.

Can you please add a screenshot of the trigger?

Hi @DCrinnion1

have you check if the contact Frederic Onno has Lead source = Event?

Remember that in order to be enrolled in your WF the contact must serve ALL the criterias in the filters

If any of the filters are not fulfilled, then the contact is not going to be enrolled.

Also check if the contact is currently in other workflows or sequences and if you have active the exclusion criteria for other workflows.

Hope this helps

Hello!
Might be late to the party but I wanted to do the same thing and found this post.

The issue seems to be that there is no value for emails sent or meetings booked when there is no emails sent or meetings booked. So 0 is not working as the property is empty.

What I did was set it to emails sent **is less than** 1 or empty and meetings booked **is less than** 1 or empty and that worked for me.
