When looking at my past sequences, I go to look at the bounced contacts for that sequence to try and update those contacts. I am curious, what is the difference between “Finished” and “Error” that is stated next to the contacts? Is there a difference?
Hi @MRabassi,
in that overview, you also see a description of the Status which gives you some more details. You can also click on the status, to see the detailed outcome options.
“Finished” could mean that a contact was unenrolled by a workflow, by responding or booking a meeting, by manual un-enrollment or by just going through the sequence.
“Error” means, that the contact was, for example, unenrolled because an email bounced or the person unsubscribed from email communication.
So yes, there is a difference. While “Finished” means that a contact was somehow “intentionally” unenrolled, “error” means that a contact was unenrolled due to an unexpected issue.
Hope this helps.
Best regards
Colin
