Finding links in specific emails

Hello,

My team uses an external meeting tool and we put the meeting URL on a button within our marketing emails. I have a list of meeting URL’s and I am trying to track down all the emails (or any assets) that contain those links. I’m trying to do this in a smarter way than going into each individual email. We send a lot!

Help?

Hi @smartinson1,

HubSpot does not have a marketing email body search functionality - you’ll have to open and check your automated emails manually. (Don’t shoot the messenger.)

Things that’ll make it less painful:

  • Filter marketing email index page by automated emails only
  • Export automated emails as spreadsheet
  • Create a column in that file that generates a clickable URL that takes you directly into the email editor (each email editor link follows the same syntax, the only changing part is the ID which is included in the export file)
  • Put on your favorite playlist
