There might be ways to achieve this with third-party automation (Zapier) or via HubSpot API (requiring development).
If we’re talking about out of the box solutions, I’m not aware of any workflow or bulk feature that would help accomplish this. You would indeed have to export contacts, companies and deals first and then work some Excel or Google Sheets magic. Your goal would be a sheet that looks like the companies and deals sample spreadsheet here: Format import files
